A man has been charged over an alleged random attack on a woman in Brisbane’s south last weekend. Tory Meredith Constable is accused of punching the 45-year-old woman in the stomach before cutting her arm as she walked down Orange Grove Rd in Coopers Plains about 4.20pm on Sunday.
